At the end of this course, the participant will be

• Know the different geotechnical drillings/tests • Know the steps to follow to determine the number, location and type of drilling/testing of a site under study • Prepare a geotechnical investigation estimate Description : Training for people who want to learn and/or improve their level of expertise in everything related to geotechnical investigations, mainly the preparation of an investigation campaign. Target Clientele: o Engineers o Technicians o Contractors who want to prepare a geotechnical investigation estimate o All people with training in civil engineering (technical or university), with equivalent training or professional experience or working in the field of civil engineering Program : • Depending on the type of soil and the purpose of the geotechnical study: overview of the different tests (in situ and in the laboratory) available on the market • Procedure to be followed to determine the number as well as the locations of the tests • Necessary clauses to consider in the quote • Real cases to investigate
